I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Each year this season grows sweeter and sweeter for me. This year I just feel overwhelmed with thanksgiving for God's blessings… for family and friends, for how He cares for me, for the gift of salvation, for all He has given, and for each and every one of you. Thank you so much for all that you do! Thank you for your friendship!

So, in the last two posts I told a little bit about the Thailand trip and the Cambodia trip, but there were other cool things that happened. We were able to catch up with people there that we'd met previously and check in with organizations we'd spoken with and stayed in contact with over the years.

Connie and I were able to spend time with Alli Mellon and her two girls, Bella and Anna Claire. Alli was the Director of Real Life when I first came to AIM as a participant and then leading in the 2007-2008 year. She moved to Cambodia in 2008, adopted her two daughters, and has an organization called Hard Places Community. She is one of my favorite people in the whole world and being able to see her was such a blessing! Also the photo on the bottom right, by Connie Rock, is of me with two participants from the Fall Swazi 2007 trip, Jess and Toni-Lyn. Jess was on both the Thailand and the Cambodia trip, and Toni-Lyn has interned at AIM and joined us in Cambodia. It was great to see them again; to be reunited after so many years!
